Hamilton's Stroke Program. Our commitment to the community is to reduce the amount of disability and fatality
associated with stroke. With your support, we will be able to provide our community with stroke survivor/caregiver
conferences, support groups, stroke medical conferences, screenings and educational materials.

The 5K Run course begins on the hospital's campus along Whitehorse-Hamilton Square Road, in Hamilton, New Jersey.
It continues along the edge of the hospital's 67-acre campus, through beautiful Veteran's Park, and ends on the
hospital's campus. The 5K Run is a Grand Prix event coordinated by Baldasari-Leestma Race Management. Computerized
timing and scoring by Compuscore.
Race results will be posted at the conclusion of the race on Compuscore.
